What is SPTI?
SPTI is a financial transaction system for the payment of ICMS on importation. This system is not characterized as a tax incentive and does not qualify as a tax benefit. The State, in turn, settles 100% of the value of the tax, making foreign trade operations have their tax costs minimized.
